Featuring a superior and comfortable flexible back design and premium-fit sizes for nearly every need, our most popular protective apron style is upgraded to be the the ultimate imaging solution for extended OR procedures. OR Front Protection Aprons feature a quick release shoulder drop option for lightening fast and sanitary adjustments. Each OR Front Apron features an incredibly sturdy hook & loop band, and an additional 2" safety buckle for a secure and perfect fit. Free pocket is sewn onto the front of apron to hold your cell phone, pager, x-ray markers or other items. Double fold binding for strength and tear resistance. Optional embroidery is available above the pocket. Up to 24 characters/spaces available at no additional charge. An optional Tethered Attachment can be selected to secure a Thyroid Collar. Tethered Thyroid Collars can be purchased separately and must be ordered at the same time as apron.

All fabrics are non-porous and non-absorbent. Cleaning with disinfecting spray or wipes is recommended to remove fluids, dust and dirt.
Standard Solid Polyester Fabric - Lightweight, liquid repellant, filament reinforced fabric.
Reinforced Nylon Ripstop - Medium weight, liquid repellent, deluxe filament reinforced fabric.
Comfort Solid Polyester Fabric - Ultra-smooth, lightweight, liquid repellant, filament reinforced fabric.
Print & Pattern Polyester Fabrics- Medium weight, liquid repellent, deluxe filament patterened fabric.
Black binding is standard on all garments - lightweight, liquid repellent and durable. Gray binding available upon request.

Regular Lead - 100% Lead is the most economical and recyclable. Best for short procedures as this is the heaviest in weight. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 97% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.
Lightweight Lead - Lead-Tin Composite is 10-15% lighter in weight than regular lead and recyclable. Mid-priced and recommended for medium length procedures. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.8% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.
Lead Free - Antimony-Bismuth Bilayer 20-25% lighter in weight than regular lead and is the most environmentally friendly. This is the lightest in weight and the most comfortable. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.6% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP. Meets all major test standard including IEC 61331-1:2014. DIN 6857-1, and ASTM F2547-06.

Front Protective Apron sizing is unisex and based on the actual sizes of the protective material. When measuring for a front X-Ray Protection Apron, measure from one side of the widest part of your body, around to the other side - the actual distance you want protected. Length should be measured from the sternal notch down. Front X-Ray Protection Aprons should guard to just above or below the knee depending on your preference. Width measurement listed below is item size at widest point.
