RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return policies vary by item and manufacturer. Product specific return policies are listed on each item detail page.
All returns and exchanges require written authorizationfrom Colortrieve (RMA #) within ten (10) days of delivery. All returns must be received by Colortrieve with the RMA # within thirty (30) days of original delivery. Email [email protected] or call (800) 225-4805 for return requests and authorization.
Items NOT eligible for return include customized, personalized, special orders and specifically identified products, unless the item has arrived damaged or is different from what was ordered.
Items that are received damaged or different from what was ordered are not subject to return shipping or restocking charges.
Changed Your Mind? Not The Right Size?
Cancellations - In many cases after production has begun, we are unable to make modifications or changes to an order. If we areable,we will notify you of any additional charges before making them. Cancellation of an order after production has begun may result in no refund.
Paper Filing Stock Products - Return requests must be made within ten (10) days of delivery and they require an RMA # assigned byColortrieve. Your item must be returned within thirty (30) days of original delivery. A 25% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for returning the item and paying the related return shippingcharges. Your refund will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges - Exchange requests must be made within five (5) days of delivery and items must be returned within thirty (30) days of original delivery. Email [email protected] or call (800) 225-4805 for exchange requests and authorization. If an exchange is available, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to return your item. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Select items may be exchanged with no restocking fee. Restocking charges may apply to exchanges of eligible Protective Shielding, Apparel, Handling, and Positioning Products.
Processing Your Refund
Returned items must be in their original packaging,unused, and in resalable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is an item that was damaged when you received it or is a product that you had not ordered.
Returns require written authorization by Colortrieve (RMA#) to keep track of your return for proper and prompt processing. We will also provide you with instructions on how and where to return your product. To ensure that you receive your refund you must return the item in the original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Should your return package not be received by us and you cannot provide us with a tracking number or if you have refused the initial shipment, we will not be able to process your refund.
Your refund will be made using your original form of payment. Refunds are usually made within five (5) days after we have received, inspected, and determined the returned product to be in resalable condition.
Returning Damaged Product or Product Not what You Ordered
If your purchase arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, please contact us within five (5) days after delivery at [email protected] or call (800) 225-4805.Whether the damage is visible or concealed, keep all packaging materials for inspection.Please take pictures of your damaged or not ordered item and forward them to us at [email protected]. After receiving the pictures and confirming the issue, we will replace the item at no added cost to you. If we require a return shipment of the item, we will provideyou with a pre-paid shipping label.
