Custom Paper Filing Product Purchases - If you are ordering a custom paper filing product, shipping charges will be added to your invoice. As part of the ordering process, you will be able to request expedited shipping or shipping using your third party shipping account.

Orders Shipping via Freight - Products that do not qualify for free ground are those that need to ship using motor freight services. The rate charged is based on the weight of the item(s)s and your location. We will inform you of the shipping cost before proceeding with your order.

Return Product Shipping - All returns and exchanges require written authorization from Colortrieve within ten (10) days of delivery. All returns must be received by Colortrieve within thirty (30) days of original delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition unless you are returning a product that was damaged when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is an item that was damaged when you received it or is a product that you had not ordered.
