Smock Top Full Protective X-Ray Aprons are designed for quick application, featuring adjustable hook-and-loop straps, often on the waist or sides, to provide front and back protection. These aprons are lightweight and are suitable for short-term use, such as in emergency rooms or patient protection scenarios because they are easier to put on and take off than traditional vests and skirts. Included features two Adjustable Hook and Loop closures and shoulder pads for better weight distribution and comfort.

Regular Lead - 100% Lead is the most economical and recyclable. Best for short procedures as this is the heaviest in weight. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 97% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.
Lightweight Lead - Lead-Tin mix is 10-15% lighter in weight than regular lead and recyclable. Mid-priced and recommended for medium length procedures. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.8% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.
Lead Free - Antimony-Bismuth mix 20-25% lighter in weight than regular lead and is the most environmentally friendly. This is the lightest in weight and the most comfortable. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.6% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.

Full Protective Smock Top Apron length should be measured from the sternal notch down. Full Length Aprons should guard to just above or below the knee depending on your preference.
