CT Hugger Complete Units provide womb-like warmth and security during immobilization. CT Hugger is a complete kit that brings the comfortable experience of a CT scan to pediatrics patients. The Hugger is a standalone unit that consists of a radiused Plexiglas base which reduces artifacts, two foam inserts to accommodate both infants and children up to 3 years old, and three straps to maximize immobilization without compromising the patient's comfort during the scan. The combination of the soft straps and open cell foam inserts provides womb-like comfort and security to the infant. The Hugger is the perfect addition to your CT suite, allowing you to get CT images of infants quickly and easily. CT Hugger's radiused base prevents artifacts. Aluminum equivalency below 1.5mm.
