Standard Male or Female X-Ray Vests With Belt Vests are worn by healthcare staff to shield their torso and vital organs from scatter radiation during medical imaging procedures like X-rays and fluoroscopy. They feature all around protection with overlap in the front, shoulder pads and three panel Hook & Loop Closure. Adjustable Padded Shoulders. Vest may also be ordered in combination with Skirt (Model VBO). These vests have an added feature of sewn in belt with 2" strap that comes around and buckles in the front. This supports lower back fatigue and keep the weight off the shoulders. Vest may also be ordered in combination with Skirt (Model VBO). Lighter weight protection options are recommended for this model.

Mid-priced and recommended for medium length procedures. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.8% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP. Lead Free - Antimony-Bismuth mix 20-25% lighter in weight than regular lead and is the most environmentally friendly. This is the lightest in weight and the most comfortable. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.6% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.
