MR Safe Urgent Care Sponge Bundles are medical devices used to stabilize, support, and position a patient's body during medical procedures, such as surgery or diagnostic imaging. Available in coated or closed cell foam options, MR safe positioners are designed to improve patient comfort and safety while ensuring accurate medical images and optimal surgical access.
Coated Sponges feature a proprietary medical grade, fluid-resistant, cleanable coating over a standard (core) foam interior. Coated sponges are radiolucent with minimal shadowing with low attenuation in light green color.
Closed Cell Sponges are made from a lightweight, radiolucent, non-porous foam. These closed cell sponges are entirely fluid resistant, easy to clean, and extremely durable.
