How do I become a Colortrieve Rewards member?

Becoming a Colortrieve Rewards member couldn’t be simpler – if you have signed up for an account with colortrieve.com, you’re already enrolled in our Rewards program and each purchase you make earns you points. If you haven’t signed up for an account with colortrieve.com, simply visit this page and enter in your information.

How much does it cost to become a Colortrieve Rewards Member?

Colortrieve Rewards membership is free; you will never be charged for enrollment in this program.

What are the benefits of becoming a Colortrieve Rewards Member?

Each time you make a stock purchase through our website, http://www.colortrieve.com, you will receive 1 point for each $1 you spend, tax and shipping not included. Once you accrue 250 points, you will be able to start using your credits as store credit for stock items in our online store. 20 Colortrieve rewards points equals $1.

How will I receive my Rewards?

You can trade in as many credits for store credit as you wish; however, you must transfer at least 250 points. Simply visit the My Rewards page from the My Account page and enter in the amount of points you would like to trade for store credit. Your points are converted into a virtual gift certificate that is automatically applied the next time you check out in our web store. Colortrieve Rewards points are converted to store credit in multiples of 20; if you wish to convert 250 points or any higher amount not divisible by 20, the amount of converted points will be rounded down to the nearest 20. The remaining points will remain in your available points for later use. 

How can I check my Colortrieve Rewards points balance?

You can check your Rewards points balance at any time by visiting the My Rewards page.

What happens if I convert some of my Colortrieve Rewards points to store credit but I don't make a purchase right away?

When you convert your Colortrieve Rewards points to store credit, it is stored in your account as a gift certificate. This gift certificate is automatically applied to the next purchase you make. If you have converted points to store credit but have not yet made a purchase, you can view your gift certificate by navigating to the My Account page and clicking on the  View gift certificate balance link.

What purchases will qualify towards my Colortrieve Rewards?

All purchases of stock items made through our web store at www.colortrieve.com qualify for Colortrieve Rewards points.

Do my Colortrieve Rewards points ever expire?

Your Colortrieve Rewards points will never expire. They will always be available to you as long as you keep your colortrieve.com customer account.

Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?

There is a maximum points balance of 1,000 at any time. Once you reach 1,000 points, you must change at least 250 points into store credit before you can accrue any more points.

How quickly will my purchases be posted to my Colortrieve Rewards account?

Points will be available for use 3 days after they have been earned through a purchase in our web storeYou can view any points you have earned but have not been added to your available points by going to the My Rewards page and looking at the “Pending Points” line. When the 3 day wait period is over the points will automatically be placed in your available points.

Can I use my Colortrieve Rewards points with other coupons and promotions?

From time to time Colortrieve may run additional discounts to use in conjunction with your Rewards Points. These promotions will be specified and you will receive e-mail notifications for them. All other promotions and coupons are not eligible for use with your Rewards points.

What if I need to return my purchase, what happens to my Colortrieve Rewards balance?

If you return an item you have purchased at colortrieve.com, once the return has been processed the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your total points. If you change Colortrieve Rewards points into store credit and use the store credit for a purchase you end up returning, you will not receive those points back on your account.
