Wrap-Around Male or Female Aprons are designed for front and back protection. This Hook & Loop Closure apron features extra wide shoulders, distributing weight over a greater area to reduce fatigue and three panel. Shoulder pads included. LIghter Weight Protection Options are Recommended. Optional BX Belt (model BX) provides extra back support and can be ordered separately. Available in a selection of solid color nylon, vinyl and a wide selection of diamond ripstop fabrics and a variety of sizes.
Regular Lead Protection: 0.5mm Pb Equivalency Front/1.0mm Overlap/0.3mm Back.
Lightweight and Lead Free Protection: 0.5mm Pb Equivalency Front/1.0 mm Overlap, 0.25 Back
Lightweight and Lead Free core materials are recommended for this garment due to the weight.

Whether you are looking to maximize your budget or reduce strain on your shoulders and back, we have you covered from the most economical to the most comfortable and environmentally friendly.
Regular Lead - 100% Lead is the most economical and recyclable. Best for short procedures as this is the heaviest in weight. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 97% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.
Lightweight Lead - Lead-Tin mix is 10-15% lighter in weight than regular lead and recyclable. Mid-priced and recommended for medium length procedures. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.8% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.
Lead Free - Antimony-Bismuth mix 20-25% lighter in weight than regular lead and is the most environmentally friendly. This is the lightest in weight and the most comfortable. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.6% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.

Full Protective Apron sizing is based on actual body measurements. Length should be measured from the sternal notch down. Full Protection Aprons should guard to just above or below the knee depending on your preference.
