Colortrieve's Stock Return Policy

COLORTRIEVE STOCK PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY - 2020

Please note that you are not allowed to return customized, personalized, and/or special order products, and certain products specifically identified as not returnable unless that product arrived damaged or is different from what you ordered. Product that you received damaged or is different from what you ordered is not subject to restocking or return shipping charges.

Return Product Procedure

Please let us know within ten (10) business days of delivery if you are not satisfied and you may be able to return or exchange your purchase. Returns require an RMA number assigned by Colortrieve to keep track of your return for proper and prompt processing. Contact us at sales@colortrieve.com or call (800) 225-4805 to receive an RMA number. We will also provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item. To ensure that you receive your refund you must return the product in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Damaged Product
If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within five (5) business days after delivery at sales@colortrieve.com or call (800) 225-4805. Whether the damage is visible or concealed, keep all packaging materials for inspection. Please take pictures of your damaged product and forward them to us at sales@colortrieve.com . We will replace the damaged product at no added cost to you. If we require a return shipment of the damaged product, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Product Not What You Ordered

If the product that you receive is different from what you ordered, please contact us within five (5) business days after delivery at sales@colortrieve.com or call (800) 225-4805. If we sent you the incorrect product, we will replace it with the correct product, subject to returning the incorrect product in its original packaging and in resalable condition. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return shipment of the incorrect product.

Restocking and Return Shipping Charges
Filing Stock Products - 20% restocking charge applies to most of these products. This charge will be deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for returning the product and paying the related return shipping charges.

Handling and Positioning Products - 25% restocking charge applies to most of these products. This charge will be deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for returning the product and paying the related return shipping charges.

Protective Shielding and Apparel/Apparel Accessories - 50% restocking charge applies to most of these products. This charge will be deducted from your refund and you will be responsible for returning the product and paying the related return shipping charges.

Cancellations/Modifications/Changes - Up to 50% restocking fee for cancellations, modifications or changes made after the production process has begun on any order.

Exchanges
If you choose to exchange an item for an alternative product that better meets your needs, please email sales@colortrieve.com or call (800) 225-4805 within five (5) business days from delivery. If the product is eligible for an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Select items may be exchanged with no restocking fee. A 50% restocking charge applies to exchanges of eligible Protective Shielding and Apparel. A 25% restocking charge applies to exchanges of Handling and Positioning Products. Once we receive your return product in its original packaging and in resalable condition, we will credit your account and will ship out the new item. Please note that not all returnable products are exchangeable.

Processing Your Refund
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition unless you are returning a product that was damaged when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is a product that was damaged when you received it or is a product that you had not ordered.

All returned items must be clearly marked with an RMA number and sent to the location we provide you. Should your return package not be received by us and you cannot provide us with a tracking number or if you have refused the initial shipment, we will not be able to process your refund.

When you make a qualifying return we will credit the full amount, less applicable restocking charges, using your original form of payment. Refunds are usually issued within 5 business days after we have received, inspected, and determined the returned product to be in resalable condition.
