Online Product Purchases
Most of the stock products on our site include free ground shipping to locations in the continental 48 states. All of our products that qualify for free ground shipping are clearly identified on our product pages with the symbol of a delivery truck. If you have any questions regarding whether the product you desire to purchase qualifies for free ground shipping, please contact us at sales@colortrieve.com or call (800) 225-4805. If a product does not qualify for free ground shipping, you will need to contact us for shipping charges before completing your order.

We only ship to the 48 continental states through the shopping cart. If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories, you will need to contact us for shipping charges before completing your order. International shipping is covered below.

If you require expedited shipping, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. If you desire the product to ship using your third party shipping account, you will also be responsible for the shipping charges. Please contact us to request expedited shipping or third party shipping.

Custom Filing Product Purchases
If you are ordering a custom filing product, shipping charges will be added to your invoice. As part of the ordering process, you will be able to request expedited shipping or shipping using your third party shipping account. International shipping is covered below.

International Shipping
Please contact us at sales@colortrieve.com or call (800) 225-4805 to see if international shipping will be available. In the event that international shipping is available, we will require payment for the product including shipping and customs charges before shipment.

Return Shipping
