Maternity Care Guard Front Apron provides 1.0mm Pb equivalency protection over fetal area and is available in two specifically designed sizes. Hook & Loop Closure is fast and easy. Please keep in mind that 1.0mm Pb equivalency doubles the normal weight of the apron.

Available in several color and fabric options. All fabrics are non-porous and non-absorbent. Cleaning with disinfecting spray or wipes is recommended to remove fluids, dust and dirt.
Standard Nylon - Lightweight, liquid repellant, filament reinforced fabric.
Reinforced Nylon - Medium weight, liquid repellent, deluxe filament reinforced fabric.
Comfort Fabric - Smooth, soft, flexible with a natural feel.
Specialty Print Fabric- Medium weight, liquid repellent.
Black binding is standard on all garments - lightweight, liquid repellent and durable. Gray binding available upon request.

Protection: 1.0 mm Pb equivalency.

Lightweight Lead - Lead-Tin mix is 10-15% lighter in weight than regular lead and recyclable. Mid-priced and recommended for medium length procedures. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.8% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.
Lead Free - Tungsten-Antimony mix 20-25% lighter in weight than regular lead and is the most environmentally friendly. This is the lightest in weight and the most comfortable. 0.5mm Pb protection averages 96.6% attenuation over 80, 100, 120 KVP.

YOUR ITEM IS CUSTOM MADE. PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR CORE MATERIAL, SIZE, AND COLOR CAREFULLY. Front Protective Apron sizing is based on the actual sizes of the protective material. When measuring for a front X-Ray Protection Apron, measure from one side of the widest part of your body, around to the other side - the actual distance you want protected. Length should be measured from the shoulder down. Front X-Ray Protection Aprons should guard to just above or below the knee depending on your preference.

Standard SIze - 30" Width (measured at chest) x 43" Length (measured from shoulders)
Full SIze - 34" Width (measured at chest) x 45" Length (measured from shoulders)
